Compare the Sims tackle to the one on RCG last year by JWH. There was no doubt in that one that JWH's shoulder contacted jaw, it was cocked at the point of impact. RCG jaw broken. No penalty, not cited. Injured player blamed. He has never been the same since. In this one there was some uncertainty where contact was made, Sims said it was his shoulder blade. Morgan is not injured. Sims can consider himself hard done by.
