Bailey still made a few errors yesterday, but had a better game, I still think Ox and his kicking options is letting the team down, but Lyon at centres, he is dominating, I would leave him there.

..apart from the mis-kick, Stevie Wonder could see what he had planned.

Only a madman would move Lyon from the centres, without doubt his best form for us since he signed imo. Ox looked a lot more confident, his kick for the Bailey try was perfect.

We're getting there lads, slowly but surely.

I'm a fan of Bailey and what he's brought to Manly this year. Personally I think Orfords kicking game hasn't been on the mark all season, this in turn makes it difficult to sustain any pressure and also causes problems when trying to consolidate field position. Good field position means forwards get on a a roll. Instead through frustration we've tended to give away stupid penalties.

Yesterday Orford's short kicking game improved but he still needs to stop kicking the pill dead. From what I've seen from Jamie Lyon, he is killing it at right centre, he's just a cut above and I want him to stay there. Less defence, more open space, more chance to carve. Our right side attack with Bailey G Stewart, Lyon and D Williams will cause other teams plenty of issues throughout the year.
