With most of us having Dragon Army, Red V Member, or other miscellaneous scarves, is there any thought of waving them for a specific event / chant? Having seen a number of European + North American teams doing it, it gives a great visual for those on the outside. I was thinking maybe for a penalty, but maybe someone else has a better thought.
