I just don’t see how you can pick DCE over him based on form. I feel weird making this argument as in the past I’ve been pretty harsh on Cleary and more positive on DCE than most but I just don’t see how DCE gets picked first.
I'm leaning towards Cleary-Moses but that would be harsh on DCE who is a reliable performer. But Cleary is now a certain selection, if he ever wasn't.

1. DCE won't be picked ahead of Cleary, although I expect both to make the squad.
2. Tedesco will be captain. Whoever out of Cleary and DCE gets the 7 will be vice captain.
3. Suspect Tino hasn't done enough to make the top side but might make the 24 as might Martin. Not entirely enamoured with Crichton either.

Im guessing what mal picks. Cleary should obvs be there

You don't think Tino is the starting prop? I don't think Lodge is anywhere near that kangaroos jersey
I don't think Tino is a prop, no. Plays lock at the Titans which is well covered with Yeo and Murray but strikes me as a wide running second rower.

That's fair I see him as a lock too. I only said prop because the kangaroos are so thin on prop quality.

Lock / Prop it doesn't matter. Tino is one of the best 5 or 6 Middle Forwards in the League. He should go and most likely start at Prop or interchange as a middle. Very few teams play with a genuine Lock / Loose Forward anyway. (Yeo, Radley etc)

You could also argue that Yeo would be ineffective in a DCE and Munster halfs combo but if Cleary is the 7 (And he absolutely should be) then Yeo should start at 13 with Jake Turbo/Tino etc otherwise in the middle.

Very unlucky for Edwards to miss out but the reasoning makes sense.

Martin very lucky to be in the squad.
