The feeling ive had for months is that Kasiano clearly doesnt want to leave (why would he, he has an international standard forward pack to play alongside), but clearly the dogs want to liquidate some funds and Sam is the least wanted of their pack.

So yeah I think he doesnt want to come to the Red V but end of the day the decision will come back to dollars.

Why does this sound familiar Rev? An under contract prop unwanted by his club but unwilling to leave. The only difference between him and Hunt is that he is actually wanted by other clubs. And he can play.

"If we get these guys fit..."

I'm pretty sure fitness has been our biggest issue since Jeremy Hickmans left.

Pray Kasiano and Packer come true. I am expecting big things from JDB and Friz. The pack would be much improved.

Even if Kasiano played 10 minutes, he would provide more impact than some other forwards Dragons have or had e.g Harrisson, Au Mau, Hunt etc

Why would he leave the comp runners-up with a multi-premiership winning coach to go to a club that is shooting for a mid-table finish with an inexperienced unproven coach, that just strengthened the team that SK has been a part of for the past few years??
All seems like nonsense to me, I doubt he will come to us even if money was the issue at hand.

Kasiano Denies Rumours Of Bulldogs Exit

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs prop forward Sam Kasiano has taken to social media to deny rumours that he is set to leave the club and sign with the St George Illawarra Dragons in 2015.
Kasiano posted to social media site Twitter, stating that he didn't know where the rumours had begun and that he would be a Bulldog in 2015.
Rumours of Kasiano leaving Canterbury and signing with the Dragons have persisted for over twelve months now and it's not the first time he has resorted to social media to try and set the record straight.

And BMoz stood next to a poster saying 'As if I'd ever be a Bulldog'.
People have been known to fib on occasion to protect a negotiation process.
It's all a wait and see game.

I'm hearing big Sam has bought a place in South Hurstville as opposed to Blakehurst as it's closer to the Mcdonalds on King Georges Rd.

Agree 100%. Devastating forward.
i have a gut feeling ONE of our new big boys will come good in 2015. Either O'Brien or Wakeman. Im hoping both come good, with their size we could have a forward pack that will be hard to handle imo.
Add that to a fit frizzell, a more settled thompson, creagh, cooper, a trent merrin with a point to prove, a more experienced JDB, and imo things are looking pretty good for 2015.
Big Georgie Rose surely has a point to prove, he also might be a surprise in 2015.
Im sure if we fire up up front we can more then hold our own against any team in the comp.

Unless you withhold macca's. That's gotta be the plan, strap a Big Mac on Gal's head and say, go get him George
