Thus is my admiration, repsect & commitment to keeping the Newtown Club alive i will be joining up as a financial member to help the Bluebags survive.
This club needs to be keep in the game as it is one of the last remaining links we have with the games foundation year of 1908.
I'll be doing my bit to ensure that the spirit of the Newtown District Rugby League Football Club never dies.

I agree getting down to Henson Park to see the footy and have a pie and a cold KB is a fantastic memory that I will never forget. The double header this Saturday with the Sharks vs Auckland as a pre game to the Jets vs the Bulldogs should be a great afternoon.
