Why would you change his position when it's apparent that he his going very well, looks settled and more importantly happy?

Build the spine around him and Carney.
Give Licha a good taste next year and work on recruiting or developing a 1st class halfback.

Was a junior half so isn't completely new to role if that's what the plan is.

You're way better off with Gordon at fullback though. Locke doesn't have the complete skills you need from a fullback IMO. He's always looked more like a running five eight than a fullback.

Will be interesting to see what happens if you get him.

I think Fergo's fate is in his own hands. He needs to convince the NRL he's worthy & only he can do that.

Agee it could be the best sharks team ever.

Also agree with Rubiks on Penani. Love to see him given a go with Robbo at hooker & DeGois degone.

Gordon is a better fullback but probably has only 2 years left max. Locke could be good for us but where do you put him for another 2 years? And why did we re-sign Gards?

Preston was a revelation and very few modern coaches would have taken that punt.

Locke has a halfback's build and plays like one at times.

If the rumours are true and we are chasing locke to play in the halves I think its logical we are chasing him to play as a running 5/8 with TC moving to half after robson retires. I think Robson has been fantastic but I am expecting 2014 to be his last year?

The top two centres at the club next year all going to plan will be fergo and Gordon. Followed be ayshford, pom, wright and then leuetele. All right centres except Gordon.
