I thought Tom was very good on debut. Pleased I was able to watch him after all I had heard about him. He will be an even better player for the experience. From what I saw, he is tough enough, and can tackle.

Yeah, I wasn't confident at all heading into this game, but credit where credit's due...

I was ready for him not to be up to this level.

But he was. Not spectacular, but not flawed in any way either.

I was worried about the combo with Morts, and Morts hasn't seemed as strong as KK, but Humble seemed stronger and more confident that Morts at times so it worked ok.

In hindsight, probably a good idea to blood him this week given we somehow got two backs in the Origin side. Did well (and better than expected) in such a vital game.

Well done Tom , and well done to the team for all having a good dig around him for the 80 mins.
