Those old fogies are the only thing I don't like about going to Marathon....sorry, EAS.

yeah, well most of them are confined to "season ticket land" between the 40m lines, so thankfully most of us dont have to deal with them anymore, howeever you still get a couple lurking about. Last year my friend and I had the unfortunate luck to be placed right in front of one of them, and got told to "sit down" every time we stood up, or to "be quiet" whenever we cheered our team.

Suffice to say, we arent sitting there anymore

I was at the Knights first home game last year with my friend who had season tickets. I was one of the few Roosters fans in amongst the sea of Red and Blue in season ticket land, and I was not being quiet either. :lol: I posted a pic on here some time ago that I took from the game which showed just how much disgust these blue-rinse-brigade members had for me.

I had a running argument with about 10 bulldogs fans, last week and every time I jumped up to cheer I got the sit down, but I turned around and told them that I didnt pay $30 to sit on my arse and if they did then they might as well sit at home!

Just for the record I normally get on great with any other team but the majority of dogs fans I've met behave pretty pathetically.

Get them before the game. The cost is the same and you don't have to line up.
