Hoping Manly will lift. Would rather read the glory of the '97 Grand Final victory rather than the continued glorification of South Sydney.

It sucks to see Jimmy out but like against Melbourne, I'm sure Kev will be more than capable of getting the job done.

I wouldnt be able to deal with Souffs in the GF, let alone winning the damn thing.

It'd be nice to cause souths grand final heartache though, that'd be the best icing after beating dogs, storm and chooks.

I think we'd have a better chance against Manly though, despite the early season flogging.

If manly win tonight we will beat easts. If souths win we will lose. It is in the NRLs best interest to have a souths v easts grannie or knights vs manly. Both would be a promoters dream.

47% is a great achievement!! i wonder if that takes into account the fact cat1 knights tickets have moved into the general NRL section on the opposite side of the ground, while the Roosters are still selling tickets in their section.

I guess it wouldnt take into account SFS/SCG members who are roosters fans either, but in all honesty those people wont be as vocal as your average punter paying for tickets.

And a manly victory is probably ideal in terms of us not being out-numbered too much at the GF (as roosters/rabbits fans would have taken up heaps of tickets). We hardly ever play good against manly in the regular season, but seem to always step it up in finals games (1997, 2006).

I think Souths would be easier to beat. Manly are brutal and experienced. If they manage to back up tonight and down the Bunnies I think they will be very hard to beat next week. The Bunnies could loose their cool under pressure.
