I'll also say that my greatest disappointment in Tinks apparent fall from grace is that I did think we might just have had an owner that had the balls and bank balance to right some wrongs.

The thing is we copped so many bad decisions that got fixed later in the season, but did nothing to help us.

I still can't fathom how you can cop 7 weeks for standing still, but not even get a penalty for lifting your forearm. It's bullshit.

That decision makes my blood boil. Seriously If Snowden was SBW he would of got off and everyone would be saying accidental collisions are a part of the game. If we had Kade out there I think we would of gone much better.

The NRL is a reactive management rather than pro-active and consistent. If all the accidental collisions resulted in 7 week bans there would be hardly any players left and since when is put your hand down on someones face ( Smith on Maloney ) a penalty ? I wanna watch footy , the crap going on with the game is just ruining it.

Dave Smith - It's time to leave the building before you do even more damage! Gallop was hopeless, but at least he only held the game back. Dave Smith is ruining the entire fabric of this great game.

At least some in the media admit it, Roy Masters acknowledged that the turning point in the game was the SBW blatant forward pass.

Little consolation frankly.

Can you imagine if the Roosters had of lost on the back of a forward pass, the media wouldn't let it rest.

I don't think it was a turning point, losing Bedsy was but the forward pass was a rather deep stab wound.

Incredibly frustrating considering Johnson when we played the Warriors scored off one. Wasn't a turning point, but blatant forward passes hurt any team because you play wondering when the whistle is going to come and to know it was picked up by everyone except the referees.

I've been watching rugby league since 1995 and in defense of the referees the regularity of forward passes being let go, hasn't really changed over the time I've watched the game. It still is frustrating that with 4 men out there they will still miss blatant ones. Things would improve I feel, if the touchies were willing to back themselves more when it comes to making the call.
