Folau's not a centre. Just having an offload isn't enough. His defence is woeful, in the hardest defensive position on the field.

Got to understand who is doing the damage for the Warriors all seasoned NRL players, Wright, Gavet, Robson , Lauatiti and 6'6" Lane on an 18 year old half back has set things up

Twal and Amone have been good, Ualsesi some strong carries, inexperience and size have been a major factor

Nelson reminds me of Lee Hopkins. Good, solid player with a few skills but importantly has a great attitude and will never leave anything in the tank.

Twal is a goer too, I've seen nothing to sway me otherwise from him in his career yet. Just runs all day even if he has been dominated at times by a vastly more experienced and larger pack....he just fronts up and runs again

Rory goes over..

IMHO .., this has been a wonderful effort by wenty and BA would be pleased at the effort of some of those blokes out there..

My two cents worth on some of these Wenty players.

The two halves aren't remotely close to NRL level at this stage of their careers. If the coaching staff are considering giving either of them a run in the NRL anytime this season then they've got rocks on their head. They remind of Brooks and Moses, but probably not as good at the same stage of their careers at that age.

Twal, Uelese and O'Brien won't let you down, but they're not really going to worry anyone either if given a go in the NRL. Twal is still young though.

Fuimoano, from his limited glimpses of him on defensive efforts, looks like he will play plenty of NRL eventually. Disappointingly it appears it won't be at Parra.

If the club thinks that Pritchard and King are the 9's going forward for next year they have to be kidding themselves.

I'd be surprised if Woods ever plays one NRL game.

I can't believe Falou has a contract for next season.

The rest I don't really care about.

Very tough game for Wenty. Yong inexperienced team up against a big Warriors team full of NRL experience.
A good learning game for the young players.
The halves will get better.
I'd like to see King get a few games in the NRL, we have little to lose this year and it'll give us an idea if he is up to it.
Nelson would be a good bench player in NRL, can play back row and hooker.
Schulte had some nice touches.
I'm not a fan of Folau, but he looks to have trimmed down a little. Just does not do enough in attack or defence.

Agree with Chipmunk on King and Kaysa, neither are close to being first grade quality starting dummy halves.

Did we really swap Josh Aloai for Woods????

The halves are raw but talented and Twai is an impressive young kid who should get a crack later in the year. Fuimaono as well if he is sticking around for next year. Falonk is still a lazy plodder living off his brothers name.

Wasn't that because of the Hoppa saga rather than a coaching/retention decision? As in, they share a manager who basically told Parra to get bent after what happened there?

Woods is second tier for sure. Aloiai would have to be top 25 or he wouldn't have left.

Agreed

Pretty much, which is why Tyrell won't be with us next year and Mau will probably move on a year later..

The only saving grace is the moron who started the rot with that manager is no longer there
