Well, you need to consider both teams. They also had 5 blokes with NRL experience in the squad (4 in the pack + Dufty). So we weren't playing mumpties.

I cant see there being enough quality players for 2 strong Canterbury Cup teams, we dont have enough for one at the moment

Apart from Mannah none of them have played more than a hundred NRL games. Only Smith and McIlwrick have played more than 50. Eleven of the 17 have never played first grade.

Both are very young. I expected Kafusi to get more NRL this season but he is still only 19. Same as Stefano. A good off season and an extra year for their body to grow and they'll be different players. Same goes for Parry.

Kafusi form based on stats has been terrible for Wenty. Anyone have any info why? He barely is making more then 50mtrs a game there.

Hes young, maybe lacks footy maturity. Played well in firsts then punted to seconds. Needs reinforcement maybe. Could be why Salmon has gone backwards as well.
