The advantage they have is a growing population and the type of people who live there....

Sure Parras pop is growing also. But it is being flooded with Asians and Indians. They don't play league and aren't built for it.

Penrith I feel will just have more and more juniors each year. I am unsure how our system works or scouts. But I do know they sorts of people living in the areas. Not as many footy types into Parra.

Not difficult to have a growing population given they've declared everywhere from Blacktown to Perth as their junior catchment.
They're the NRL version of Queensland Origin
