I have a long held opinion that coaches cop it purely based on their results, when sometimes, there are other factors, like the squad or injuries at play.
Has Cayless improved or has the mix of youth and experience in his squad have found some form ? I know for a fact that the youth part of this team were really struggling in the early rounds. Fair enough too, most had never played open age footy.

TLDR: try as you might, you can’t put lipstick on a pig.
PS. No, Cayless is no Rip Taylor. But I also think that he’s not as crap as many on here have been saying.
