And without it he would've had a new contract offer from us.

That's because they accepted their offers quickly. The Knights obviously gave Drown a longer deadline so he had longer to decide. If there was no PO do you think the Knights or Eels would have made their deadlines shorter? We were obviously happy with round ten, which is why we agreed to it in the first place. You're acting like if there was no PO we would've told him to re-sign by November or f**k off. You'll note he didn't wait to round ten to make his decision.

He would have been offered a new contract prior to November 2024 he would have also been told he had till x to sign or we sign Blaize.

No I am fairly sure we would have told him he had before the off-season to sign for 2026 or f**k off.

Blaize has shifted to centre for th Riffs CUP game.

It's interesting as you would think for his development as a 5/8 he would be playing 5/8..

Has Toelau jumped him

lol both Sanders and Blaize left for opportunity to play FG

if they stayed they would have been playing FG

enjoy cup boys

Don’t care about Talagi he’s just shite. But Sanders I thought should have stayed and waited for an opportunity. Another 1-2 year deal. Kids these days have no patience. He could of learned off Moses, could’ve already started this year and most definety would be first can off the rank to fill in for the fraud Dylan Brown

Volkman and Hawkins have both played better in reserve grade than Sanders/Talagi. Which is not to say that those two won't become better players in future (I'm sure they will), just that they aren't right now.

Talagi has played more first grade than cup

Doesn't that make him a superstar in your algorithm

Sanders in an interview said he didn't leave for an opportunity to play 1st grade

He said he wanted to get out of his comfort zone as he's been in Parramatta for all of his life

That's a very strange thing to say when u haven't played first grade. I'm almost certain he left because he thought Moses and Brown will be there for years to come. I have more chance of playing 1st grade at the roiders

Usually someone would get out of their comfort zone once they’ve proven themselves and need a new challenge. Kid wasn’t even remotely close but had massive potential

Sliding down the pecking order... a long way from the "hype" that he left us to play alongside Cleary, in the position Luai would vacate.

We could never really settle on what his future position might be in a backline. I didn't see anything other than maybe a potential fullback or winger... but not a very good/reliable one.

Yep hyped up way too soon..

I called it when he signed he wasn't going to get first crack at the riff.
