As far as I am concerned, they are your points to give out.

I thought of giving 2 to Tamou.....

The reason i don't think Tolar or Jimmy were good-great because three of the cowboys four tries came from defencive mistakes from these to men. And neither did a whole lot more than is expected, some good work rate from both is about all. This is probably an argument for the other thread though.

Im sorry mate but Im gonna have to pull you up there.

The two late tries scored by the Cowboys down Jimmys side where not his fault. On both occassions he was left covering 2 guys in a retreating defencive line. If anything it was the fault of the 2 guys inside him (Sau and Dodge from memory) for not getting into position quick enough.

Yeah. I thought Jimmy was pretty solid last night. I'm not too worried about the late flurry of tries. Two weeks of oppressive conditions would have taken its toll on some. I fully expected the Cowboys to score a few points in the last quarter. That is what they usually do at home and when behind. Our boys could have used the conditions as an excuse but they looked so much better than the opposition both weeks - credit to them. Stony will surely look after them this week and hope they can come up for the Manly game. It's danger time against them you would think.

Anyone judging a performance based on what happened in the last 10 when the game was well and truly won, the boys were exhausted, the heat was oppressive and Stone was giving players early marks is being pretty bloody harsh...

*In future can we use the game thread to discuss performances' and use the KOTW thread for voting purposes please.

3. Mullo.
2. House.
1. Jimmy.
x 2

Don't know why all the Henry love - if Mullo wasn't on fire and doing 80% of the work Henry's current workrate would be a problem - not that i think it's a bad thing that he gets to run around with L plates and run a few set plays - just don't know how being 'adequate' gets KOTW points.
Having said that, he looks like he could be anything, but i want to see how he goes when Mullo isn't carving up.

i only gave him a point to draw out posts like this, lol.

Pato was our 3rd best on the night, in my opinion.

still, pretty cool that Henry can pull a line break, a try assist and a try out of his hat with his L plates on.. after copping a nasty knock to the head, dont ya think? ;-). brilliant effort for a rookie in his second game, and i don't think it's unworthy of KOTW points tbh.

hopefully we don't have to see how he goes without Mullen carving up. at this very moment, Mullen is more important to our team than any other player. maybe even more than any other 2 or 3 players put together. in fact, i don't know why you would say you want to see how he goes without Mullen there... that's pretty negative talk, really. are you looking for him to have a bad game, roops?

no - he may be the only player ever who will never have a bad day.
lol, what?

interesting answer to my observation and question. now is hardly the time to be wanting to see Mullen not carve up for the sake of seeing how a 2 game rookie goes under trying conditions, is all. weird statement to make this early on.

What's weird is your attempt to put words in my mouth.
Not what i said.
Not what i meant.
Doesn't make any sense i would think it or say it.
Don't understand what you were trying to achieve by twisting my words in such a strange way.

Mullen will have a bad game some time - even Johns did. Saying i want to see how Henry handles that does not mean anything other than EXACTLY that.
