I bet Luke's call to Kyle this week would have mentioned square up. Luke would not have reacted well ,had he been playing for us,after that hit on his brother. Luke is a human hand grenade on a good day.

RABK has been suggesting this could be the case with KOD for a while now. I hope it rings true.

Likiliki is the same. First real chance he gets in FG for whatever club and within 3 weeks FG coaches will be adopting game plans around how to nullify him. He'll just need a good defender inside him to help his defense.

You would think being a mute would give him more time to think about what he posts... alas, that is not the case.

KOD got involved in a bit of lip with the Souths players as soon as he came on. You could see with the way Inglis carried on after tackling KOD and then the subsequent Burgess hit that they were head hunting him to welcome him to FG. Probably some blokes trying to get revenge for some of the beltings his older brother handed them over the years.

Had a whole O'Meley vs Gibbs (This is my yard) feel to it. The big dog won the battle but every dog has it's day. KOD has a long FG career ahead of him.

I didn't think much of Likiliki in his 2 matches last year... but yes hehas shown talent in lower grades in the past. I wouldn't say he's as good a bet as KOD is, though. He's not in the same class as a bloke like Konrad Hurrell, either... although I can see why people would use the comparison.

I don't want to get carried away about 9 minutes of football just yet, either. Promising signs from KOD, though. Let's hope he gets more gametime from here on, once his noggin has recovered.

I would make it very simple, if you shoulder charge and make contact with the head (with any body part), it is foul play regardless of intention. Do it at your own risk.
I like that ruling. Trying to seperate the 'good' front on charges from the 'bad' blindsides would just lead to another grey area for fans to be up in arms about come big game time.

Haha, love the tweets by Kyle. I can't wait to see how he goes with some proper minutes.

Just a thought, but what are the chances that after our prop crisis improves we will see some of our more athletic/threatening forwards shift to the backrow? I mean Tets, KOD, Willie, Sims can actually add something to our attack out wide.

We'd need at least another 2 props to come into 1st grade for any of those fellas to be shifted to the back row. Id like to see Willie and Cuthbo both run wider as they always seem to make space and shape for an offload. Tets should be left at prop though, he seems better suited there imo

Agreed, i certainly didn't mean all at once.... or now. One or two would be great though. I think Willie could offer a lot out wider, though we need him in the middle at the moment of course.

I'm not suggesting he is a bad prop but I'd love to see him run into gaps a little further out wide, perhaps a little Simmo style.

If anything House really needs to move into the middle. He can't hit a gap to save his life... He hits holes like a straight man's flaccid penis hitting up some gay hairy arsehole...

Good suggestion, but O'Donnell would still have to defend in tight due to his poor lateral movement in defence. Well, at the moment anyway.
