Disagree.

Loko feels like he should be in first grade and he told his manager the same thing, obviously.

Flanagan as always finds an excuse so he goes back to Loko's injury scare from almost a month ago. However Flanagan has explained why Loko didn't go to Vegas prior to being injured has he?
It is a prime example of how bad a head coach Flanagan is; selecting Lawrie ahead of Loko.

Yes you would think so Gareth, but he keeps getting overlooked for the likes of Lawrie, Guler, Kerr and Sele.

My point is, I don't think young Loko's manager would be as forceful in this saga, without having actually spoken to Loko about whether or not he is feeling up to playing first grade since the injury scare.

If we both agree that Loko is better than the blokes keeping him out of first grade (which I'm sure we do), then surely we can agree this latest excuse from Flanagan is just another cop out of the many we have received during his tenure.

Whilst we don't know how or what has transpired between Loko and the coach, we can both agree that Loko belongs in first grade over the above mentioned. If we can see that as supporters, surely the coach can too?
So let's not give Flanagan's excuses any more air time than they deserve.
I shall be perfectly honest Iam Hornby , there is no doubt that Flanagan has made numerous errors of judgement with his selections this season besides the forward pack Kyle should had been dropped and replaced by another .

However the form of the team itself has been nothing short of horrendous more so when we think about the gutsy performance they showed in the game in Las Vegas . The same players were initially chosen in the following games , players with plenty of experience both at club and representative level , but as we now know the fire had gone out of them - the players not the coach .

It is ever so easy to point the finger at Flanagan, however the players have let the supporters , club and also their coach down . So many have been calling for Flanagan’s head and also Kyle’s whom as said earlier should had been dropped earlier in the season , the question is whom is the new halfback , well here is an idea Cook to replace Kyle with Liddle replacing Cook and Kyle to the bench . So that leaves the coach who is to replace a premiership winning coach - Young ? Is he the man to instil the fire back into the Dragons, bringing new ideas ? I will put that one in to the forum for others to provide an answer .

As with Tonga I still have my concerns about him in respect to playing on a regular basis against the true battle hardened 1st grade forward packs , it is one thing to run rampant in the N.S.W. Cup but another when he is up against the true big boys playing in the N.R.L.

He was named in the 19 against the eels, he then went to hospital before that game and had some recovery time. Feels a bit disingenuous from his manager to complain that being held back from first grade is detrimental to his mental health when he really only was overlooked for the two opening rounds. Arguably he should be picked above Lawrie, but I can also see the benefit of letting him build up some confidence in NSW Cup instead of throwing him in against the Bulldogs & Storm. That being said, probably time to start developing the junior guys now considering top 8 is out of the question already

Blind Freddy can see the heart of the problem is our halves, and the game plan is designed around how our halves play. Kyle is not of NRL standard. If Flanagan is fair dinkum, he would bring Reed into the halves. This would bring talent and speed into our attack.

We need to rid our club of the poor preperation of our players and the nepotism associated with the Head Coach.

Lost ten in a row. Ten fooking games.
If he isn't sacked after 11, then they are taking the piss. I want us to win each and every game. I will be cheering the lads on, but should we lose this one, I dont see what waiting for Anzac does, other than create a longer losing streak.

With Loko and Reed in the squad, the boys will come of the go slow.

Don't know if there's enough points to get up however, it should be a contest.
