I really like him as a footballer and would be happy to see the Sharks sign him.

He looks like a Sharks player to me and is a player that will thrive in the Sharks system. In fact, if he were to come to Cronulla next season, he will play Origin in 2022.

He goes pretty good with not much around him to make him better. Often wondered how he'd go in a good system with a good coach.

Head and shoulders above Flanno.

No way Flanno could have pulled off that kick chase for the first try nor have the presence of mind or energy and involvement to back up for the second. When I watched Flanno last game his energy and involvement from a player coming back from being dropped and playing for a spot was embarrassing.

Spot on my good man! He has that 1% effort in his play, is tough and a great competitor. In a good system he would go really well IMO.

He certainly won't be playing Origin while he remains at Canterbury.

As a self appointed Rugby League expert, I believe that given an opportunity at a strong Club he could be an Origin Player.

Lewis is living local. Saw him up caringbah woolies a few weeks back rocking a shirt off look. Bold move.

But not a fan, far too inconsistent for mine

He’s where he is for a reason. Inconsistent. Will end up in England soon.

I don't mind him. I just think he lacks a yard of pace to ever be a real threat in the halves.

Re Origin; I really enjoy watching him because he is all effort, but I don’t see it happening.

What state is he eligible for (I know, potentially sore subject on a Sharks thread)? I only ask because his name might help. I assume he is a and toad and if the QLDers have a few bad years he might make a great story to relive the glory days.

He's King Wally's nephew, a pure QLDer.

But dudes, the Bulldogs are inconsistent across the board.

Reimis Smith is an example of what can happen to a player getting them out of a shit club with shit systems and Lachie is 100 times better than Reimis. Watch Nick Meaney next year - he's roundly thought of as a bum yet the Storm of all clubs get him in as the Hynes replacement. Finucane went from a plodder to a superstar.

The Morris twins were unwanted in here yet went on to play starring roles elsewhere after some ordinary years in that retched Dogs organisation.

J Thurston................

Works in reverse as well. Pissflap jnr, Corey Allen, Christian Crighton, Nick Cotric have all gone there recently and have gone backwards IMO.

The Dogs club has nearly been career suicide for so many players. The joint is a toxic playground of ineptitude.

All bar cotric are and were ordinary players to be fair. Wonder how JAC and Burton will go there.
