Lack of Effort

Is it just me or does it appear some players out there just aren't pulling their weight? In our wins this year you can see all the players working well together, each playing to their strengths, effort across the park... Then you have our last 120 minutes of footy... You can see that some players are still trying, Carney, Tongue, Withers, Goodwin, Chalk... Others just run up the ball meekly... Get up slowly, play the ball, get to the back of the pack... It's 100 times more obvious when we are away from home and you should never have to see a player screaming at his team to get onside for a penalty...

I think this REALLY needs to be addressed... Light a fire under the arses of our forwards and get them playing like they want to win... Not like they want the game to be over so they can collect their pay check and buy a block of beer... I've seen more commitment from the players at the local Leagues club FFS and they aren't getting paid to be there!
