Hello NRL forum i would like to say as a Penrith Supporter that i think Penrith are top 8 material. I would like to hear all of your opinions for the top eight.
Here is mine.

1st: Brisbane Broncos
2nd: Melbourne Storm
3rd: GC Titans
4th: Sydney Roosters
5th: Cronnulla Sharks
6th: Manly Sea Eagles
7th: Penrith Panthers
8th: Canterbury Bulldogs

9th: North Qld Cowboys
10th: New Zealand Warriars
11th: Newcastle Knights
12th: St George Illawarra Dragons
13th: Wests Tigers
14th: Parramatta Eels
15th: Canberra Raiders
16th; South Sydney Rabbitohs

I think the cowboys will just miss out. Dragons will come strong but wont get there. Penrith are in great form and are in for a big year. Brisbane are playing some great footy and once Lockyer comes back to his full fitness they will be big and strong. Melbourne have a huge chance of defending their title. And the Titans will play some good footy but may get knocked out in the finals fairly quickly.

I don't think a win over the sharks puts Penrith in great form but each to their own.

As a Sharks fan I like to have us in the 8. I feel that if our attack stays the way it is then we will either just scrape in or just miss out again. If we make it then we just making up numbers.

I think Parra can turn things around and make the 8. Newcastle look like they may scrape in as well.

i think Penrith have as much chance as Souths to make the top eight

Knights will have a great chance i agree but if Penrith keep up the good form they might build up some confidence. They are huge threats. Roosters might get in the top 4 but i think they will lose form in the mid-year section.

I would hardly say they are in good form, they are doing better than most people expected but the top 8 might be a strech really.

Yup, Look at our great form at the end of last season after shocking performances in previous weeks. Hopefully Freddy fires up the boys again over the bye and we are frsh again. Atleast all this is happening now and not a week out from the finals.
