It's an ......... interesting ......... look.
I'm not a fan of it. I think it's a great initiative, but it could've been done a lot better.
If it was up to me, here is something like what I'd do to the jersey. This pic isn't exactly what I was trying to do, but you get the idea. I would fade the dark parts into the blue of the jersey (so that the pattern is still there and clear, but it's less busy-looking because it blends in with the jersey), I'd change the white dots to a shade of grey (as our normal alternative jersey is mostly grey/silver), and I'd change the yellow dots to red as the Knights are red and blue. It looked Parramatta-ish with yellow to me.
