I really cannot say for 2 reason's firstly because one other club is after him badly and that is the main reason. And secondly I dont want to look like a tosser should we not sign him.daslacker said:Any hints max?

What about the 2 first graders before the end of the year?
You mention Micky B. and Graham???? Who at best are helping hands at the moment. It was quite obvious that even though he is busting his gut trying Graham is just not fit enough to keep up with the current crop Of first grader's.yappy said:What Juniors Max?
You must be talking about that fresh faced junior Mick Buettner, or perhaps it's the mature-looking for his age Nick Graham? Or was it the schoolboy superstar John Wilson at 5/8? None of these three should have played chief it's that simple. A top young player in Liam Fulton was dropped from the bench to make way for one of these crocks.
As you say, from a purely selfish point of view I'm delighted. If Sheens had selected Kerr and Fulton in his team there is no way known that the Maggies would have beaten the competiton leading Eels on Saturday. But I'm not that selfish. Both players aspire to the big time and both IMO are worthy of the chance to press their case ahead of the likes of Buettner and Wilson who have proven themselves to be less than superstars.
It wasn't inexperience that let the side down on Sunday. There was more than enough experience in the Tigers side. I'd be stunned if they didn't have far more combined first grade games than the Dragons. They'd have to be hundreds of games in front. Did you even watch the game Max? Harrison was barely on, Fulton played the night before, Gibbs didn't do much but he wasn't Robinson Crusoe in that regard. Halatau is a bit beyond the junior tag - he missed some tackles but ran it well. Heighno was like Gibbs. Four younger guys in a side boasting at a rough guess 10 players with 100+ first grade games each. Bit harsh to blame them.
No, lack of experience was nothing like the problem. Too many old legs and not enough enthusiasm might have had something to do with it, but mostly it was a lack of class, something some of the younger brigade have in spades.
Ben Kennedy, Brett Firman, Mark Riddell, Brent Kite....naah theyre no good ay?yappy said:Why does such news only fill me with dread?
No current First Grader moves mid season if they are any good at all. Even if the club in question don't want em they sure as hell don't want the opposition to have em. You would only possibly be after such players if you are totally desperate and running last. The Tigers should be looking for mid season homes for some of their players not providing them for other teams.
Its called a blend of youth and experienceyappy said:Wiki? OMG he is a fine player still, but for how much longer? Is Sheens going to buy a bunch of pensioners every year so that he doesn't have to give his juniors a go. Why do the words North Queensland keep ringing in my ears?

Hmmm interesting I could only think of Warriors players or Eels who would be leaving there current clubs to play for us :?
I just hope its Sione from the Warriors if we sign anyone ;-)
