Just rung about 15 minute's ago and my source say's that they are currently in the middle of negotiating with Matt Jobson(Warrior's)apparently he does'nt enjoy the life style in NZ and want's to come home.
We are also talking with another NRL forward who is from a Sydney club who is currently under contract and who is even better than Jobson,unfortunately I cannot reveal his name but trust me should we sign him You will hear it here first as usual.
There are player's who are still not resigned by us,as I stated in other thread's new player signing's are priority first.Don't ask me why.
Benji is also in the midst of player upgrade beyond 05' and has been assured that they will do everything to offer him minimum whatever any other club is willing to offer,and I'm told Steve Noyce is trying hard on getting more money generated through the club in order to pay player's of Benji's calibre in future.
Benji has been spoken to and told "as long as you are happy here,we won't be offering any less than the player market offer's you".
Now apparently Sheen's think's that should we not sign a good prop we will definately be looking to sign a good second rower as he think's Boof will do a good job in and out of the prop position next year.
Our conversation ended there as he had call waiting.

I'm sorry that you don't see NRL grand final winning centre and current International Paul Whatuira as one of the 2 NRL quality signing's that I had mentioned previously that would be coming to our club.One a back and the other a forward. :roll:
You see when I read post's like your's I often wonder why I even bother putting up thread's. :oops:
From here on in I will look forward to your interesting post's like 'YOUR TEAM FOR NEXT WEEK 'thread or perhap's the'WHO MADE THE BIGGER FLAG TO TAKE TO THE GAME.'thread. :roll:

Don't be so bloody sensitive. I was simply asking if whatuira was the player. You did tell me via pm the player was not of rep standard. That was the reasons for my doubts.

Unbelievable. Did I criticise your post at all? I'd love to be able to believe you, but we get a LOT of false information in here so it's f**king frustrating.

I tell what I am told.For example the signing's of Elford,Reynolds,Hodgson,Richards,Prince,Sattler and Payten.Not to mention player's that we are negotiating with. I cannot help it if Monoghan sign's with Easts or Wiki sign's with the Warrior's but I think you will find later in the newspaper's that we had indeed spoken to all the player's I have mentioned in all of my post's.
Inside info like Benji living near Southend tennis court's in Strathfield or that he was with his family recently.other issues like when Boof was a last minute withdrawal the other week et...etc. Info that usually comes out the next day.What do you think?? that I just write up remarkable coincidence's. :roll:
EXAMPLE:we are negotiating with Jobson at the moment and another NRL player who is under contract from a Sydney club.Does that mean if this does'nt come true or if he sign's with the Rooster's that I'm lieing????????? :evil:

Yeah......He is still young though and you never know Vicious a change of club may see a different player. ;-)
P.S...Please let me state that we have not signed this player and that we are only in a negotiating stage at this point. 8)

Well Max,can you get back on the phone and tell your mate that if we offer Jobson any more than 100k,he and the rest of our management team need to give themselves an uppercut!Next time you talk to him,do me a favour and mention the names Mark Meredith and Robert Tanielu.Also that we need to resign Jeff Lima before he goes to the Rorters and represents N.Z.

To be honest with you Vicious,Im happy to get what little info I get as a sort of privelage.Can you imagine me trying to tell em' who they should and should'nt be keeping.Maybe your right and I should say something but it would probably fall on deaf ear's anyway. ;-)

Calm down Max. It wasn't an attack. I've fallen into the trap of believing people on here that aren't the real deal. I was simply confirming that Whatuira was who you were talking about.
