I reckon the best way to break a prisoner would be to put him into solitary confinement and tell him that the only way he'll be released is when the Wests Tigers win 6 straight games.
Then put a TV in the cell and make him watch the tigers live game every week.
In the off season and preseason let him watch all the media of the wests tigers to get his hopes up.
I guess the prisoner will never get out and will forever be let down, year after year after year.............
