Timmins is like a tampon, in one week out for three.

Nah they'll struggle

The captain aint happy he took a pay cut to accommodate players who arent as committed to the club as he is, and who play half the games he does.

The club aint happy with the captain's unhappiness. It's a dog of a club. They'll struggle for as long as they have a waterboy for a coach. General Manager (?) Robert Stone in hospital with a brain tumour too. And while I wish him the best, I think they'll lose their way a bit while that's going on.

Just to clarify things a little, I bought the mag yesterday and Lawrence actually picked The Raiders to come 4th not 2nd. That still doesn't excuse him from picking the Drags to win it and us to finish 13th!! Anyway here are his predictions:

1 - Scumbags
2 - Chooks
3 - Knights
4 - Raiders
5 - Warriors
6 - Penriff
7 - Broncos
8 - Dishlickers
9 - Parra
10 - Storm
11 - Cowboys
12 - Tigers
13 - Sharkies
14 - Bunnies
15 - Manly

What's wrong? Me? Lozza? Johnny Lickspittle Howard?

Well I know Lozza is, cause there is no way Stains will finish 1st and us 13th.

I'm trying not to get too excited about the Sharkies chances this year, but damn it's hard.

A year of blooding youngsters in 1st grade last year, ie. Galloway, Newton, Bird, Sully, Hilder, Aitken, R. Williams etc. can only be good in the long run. Quality buys in Vags, Merrit, Lomu, Russo etc...

Then there's the small bonus of Noddy, a fired up Peach a year after an ordinary year by his standards, same for Beetroot and Stevo... a new Kangaroo in Bails, who will have to play at the same level if he wants to keep playing rep....

Ahhh let's just say I'm looking forward to it.

Anyway yes Lozza is wrong.

Hmm that got a run in Rebecca Wilson's gossip column today

But I could have told you that was going to happen when I posted it here
Good to see you doing your research properly, love.

I should add that it was posted on another few boards too
