Good news, give it a decade and the SL will look like the NRL does in regards to NZers playing here.

And it's good to see SL clubs aligning themselves with LER clubs, a good way to bring through even more promising players.

Good news for him, did he ever play SL for Halifax? I remember him on the books there but cant remember if they were in SL at the time

Surely he'll be considered for the WC with invaluable SL training and experience..??

He would have been considered anyway, played in the winter tests against PNG last year and mid season test at leeds last year, always been solid and has English experience anyway at 'alifax

Anselme scored one of the tries of the season on his Leeds debut at Millennium Magic, finishing off a 70 metre move with his first touch for anyone who is interested.

Anselme scored one of the tries of the season on his Leeds debut at Millennium Magic, finishing off a 70 metre move with his first touch for anyone who is interested.

He also scored the first try of the Test for France against New Zealand last November in Paris, racing to pick up a clever Maxime Greseque kick. The guy is not brilliant, but he is very solid, and I would not mind seeing him play for France in the centres, perhaps alongside Duport.
