No. I like D-Wade. He is an elite player and good enough to be a franchise player in his own right. But if Pat Riley put emotions and loyalty aside he would look to trade him.

His skills simply overlap Lebron too much. He does everything about 95% as well as Lebron. Plus he is 30 and looks to be more and more injury affected these days.

The Heat need a center and/or a legit outside scorer. A Danny Granger or an Eric Gordon would be a better fit next to Lebron than Wade is. Even if Granger or Gordon isn't as good a player overall as Wade is.

Also a big like Roy Hibbert would be awesome.

It would never happen but if the Pacers accepted a Wade+picks for Granger trade. I'd do that in a heartbeat. I do that trade on 2k.

Lebron is the second or third best player of all time, wade isn't in the top 10 of current players. Do the math. Wade at his peak was good, but still no where near lebron.
