The eternal halfback question.

Can anybody point me to a website where one can collate and tease out things since 2009. I presume the other halfback used on 2009 was the incomparable John Morris.

Robert Lui’s first NRL appearance was in rd 23 2009 and his stats from the WT website have him as:

Career- 35 games, 8 tries, 1 field-goal for 33 points.
2011- 15 games, 4 tries for 16 points.

Tim Moltzen’s first NRL appearance was rd 1 2008 and his stats from the WT website have him as:

Career- 55 games, 21 tries, 1 goal for 86 points
2011- 18 games, 5 tries, 1 goal for 21 points.

Looking to tease out games played at halfback by them both (and anyone else), win / loss with those games and WT’s performance as a team in those games from 2009 to date ie did they play well as a unit?

Look at the missed tackle count for both, not good,at least Moltzen has improved, but Lui has not,get Miller in please,he may miss tackles too,but at least he tries.

Thanks MU- youre quick off the mark. Where do you get all this from so quickly?

PS I'd forgotten Lawrence played 5/8 for a few games. I note he was quoted in the paper recently as saying he's interested in the fullback role for 2012.

well without intending to sound like an advertisement, we are working on getting this sort of thorough details for all games played since 1908 in Australia and since 1895 in England.

The England side is set in motion and is currently happening which is immense.

The Australian side of the matter is far more complicated as clubs and governing bodies didn't bother keeping much detail/records of the games until the mid 20's.

We have all pointscorers for all games since 1908 (the first Rugby League resource to do so - we helped provide the same data to the rleague stats site)

We're also the first resource with full match details for all City v Country games since 1928, World Cup games since 1954, World Club Challenge games since 1976 and all tests played by all nations.

We'll also be including pre-season/mid-season etc comps from 1910 onwards and are currently compiling data for all Tour games by all test nations.

Its a crazy beast that just keeps growing, but it's the most amazing challenge and we both love it.

We have some unique and rare articles on the less well known, some quite impotant at the time too, on our facebook page.

The links are on the left hand side of the home page.
