Time has been the biggest factor for me slowing down.

I still read regularly and rely on this site for most of my league news.
Being in Adelaide there are few other options and this place generally has it all.

I've also made some good friends through here over the years and enjoy catching up with their thoughts. It's about as close as I get to footy talk over here.

I think the negativity surrounding the 3p vs the emporor's regime bitch fight wore a few people down and they've moved on. Unfortunately the negativity hasn't.
The team's performance over the last few years has probably excacerbated this.

They were the days. Stagger and I used to talk about Parra on our walkie talkies.

Not many people know that the forum started with parra pete and lindgard using a wet blanket over an open fire to send smoke signals about the latest development at cumberland oval.

That open fire would have come in handy. You could have cooked your own food rather than having to eat those dodgy hamburgers and chips from under the grandstand at Cumberland.

Come to think of it nothings changed really. 40 years on and the food is still shit. Gotta love tradition. :sarcasm:

Another great example

I posted someone got injured, then some monkey jumps on Timmy Mannah's page and writes "Did someone get injured at training today"

How stupid can you be...

Like he is going to write back "Yeah, Peni etc"

And someone else writes was Johhny at training.

Another reason why we cant say to much any more
