I think Marata is due for a spell, so I wouldn't mind seeing how Davy has progressed.
Would start Manu in 12 and put Davy on the bench for one game at least.

I don't think any of us will be stoked with the team we pick, given what BA and co have assembled.. so just gotta pick the best team available.

4. Ferguson (Badly need to recruit a centre)
5. French (not ideal but 1000x more ideal than G Jennings. swap around a bit with Fergy)
6. Salmon (not ready but Will Smith will never be ready)

13. Stone ( We badly need some mobility there imo)

14. Will Smith (purely coz he can cover a lot of positions.. not great)

Takairangi and G Jennings can both F right off. I would never pick either of them again.

I find it interesting that some people keep Smith in their lineups, because of his versatility, but drop Taikarangi, who can arguably play just as many positions as Smith, as well as on the edges.

I like Taka, but I know he has brain farts, and is lazy at times.

I would still probably drop him - but he is a better utility option than Smith, imo, because he can cover centre, 5/8, and the back row.
