Our worst was Tuqiri. His hands are made of butter, defensively he had no clue and the only time he gets a chance to redeem himself, he's bloody offside.. Never thought I'd sat this but I can't wait for Utai to get back

i don't think Moltzen was THAT bad tonight.. on the other hand he didn't do anything good lol

Unfortunately we've reached the stage with Moltzen where if he doesn't drop a bomb/kick return and generally stays out of the play.....then he had a good game.

I can't believe anyone actually thinks the Lawrence experiment worked? It didn't.

We had Farah forced to play hooker and five-eighth, little wonder he plays so f**king laterally when out dickhead of a coach moves a centre into the halves and forces him to play multiple positions at once.

Has Marshall EVER played well without a link next to him? No. Humble is not a long term option as he has no kicking game but at the very least he can pass the f**king ball and give Benji a bit of space. Marshall did not even run the ball once! Actually he did on the 5th when he ran to the sideline filled with opposition defenders for another miserable end to the set. FMD.

This team sucks and if it wasn't for Farah we would have lost this game very easily.

Hybrid tiger spot on.
The theory of Benji playing halfback was a complete disaster before and is only a viable proposition in the wilderness between Coach Sheens' ears. This effectively neutralizers the most dangerous running 5/8th - a Master stroke. Same problem with Campese of the Raiders - must be a connection some where.
Overall the team looked disinterested, dysfunctional (do they all train at the same time at the same place?) and are plan too slow (symptoms of last 2 months with no remedies).
Farah was easily our best player and at other end of spectrum was $400 Lote - no speed, constantly caught out of position (maybe he feels left out because all others have had a go at halfback) and difficulty in coordinating moving body parts.
Humble was kept on bench to freshen up, just in case things got a little tight. There was considerably more desperation in our lounge room constantly fighting over the nurofens.
I suggest we pick someone from the crowd to play guest fullback each week (similar to a lucky door prize). Nothing much is expected as it does not matter if you cannot catch, pass, tackle or bother to get involved - it will be just the usual, atleast someone will be enjoying themselves and you will not get hurt.
Time has elapsed for the ineffective tiger board to SACK Sheens as he has clearly run out of steam and lost support not only from players but more importantly from fans.

The experiment utterly failed. The real question is why the f*ck are we experimenting at all?

Also Woods must have come close to playing the full 80 last night. He was enormous and is now in the top 5 front rowers in the game IMO.

Sheens for some reason keeps rehashing failed experiments from the past.Benji is not a halfback never will be,the same with Lawrence he is a centre who may play SOO but never as a 5/8, so why weaken 2 positions to fix one?We need direction and a link at half, so we have now tried Moltzen,Miller,Humble and Benji, that only leaves Meaney and Chisholm who if either delivered some of the crap Benji came up with last night would not be there the following week.

We do look a shambles at times,Benji is not effective if he just passes the ball,he needs to run it thats when he is dangerous,Lote should retire immediately.I missed the start of the game, so was Humble made the scape goat for last week or was he injured early? Were all our bench players utilised i only noticed BMM and Cashmere apart from Ayshford ?

Moors came on in the 68th minute if I remember correctly.

Humble got splinters in his arse from riding the pine for a lonely 82 minutes

When a team is playing busted you try and fix the problem by keeping it very simple. You pick your best players in their best positions fill the other positions with your best available in form talent and play a very simple game plan.

Well not our man Sheens, you play around with your best players give them new roles, you preserver with grossly out of form players and you send them out their with a game plan that has all players having a different role for every tackle in every set.

Iam afraid father time has got Sheens and the grey matter in his head is shot.Over the next few years we have some real talent coming through our system please dont let Sheens stuff them up

It was a massive reshuffle, Benji Marshall the face of the NRL, to 7, Chris Lawrence Australian & origin centre to 5/8.....incumbent halfback Humble benched and ignored....will the media pick up on it and question Sheens thru the week on it?

Lawrence at 5/8.. what an absolute joke....

Needs to concentrate on running into holes.. its been a while since he has succesfully done that...

Has he got any pace these days? That ankle tap from Bird was a bad sign....

Poor old Lote needs to be pensioned off I think... Bring back Utai.. thats how bad old man Lote is going...

his first few steps are still blindingly fast, it was only a great ankle tap by Bird that stopped him.

I liken Sheens selections to that of having a V12 Ferrari and him just randomly putting the spark plug leads on any plug he wants...no matter how good the motor if you do that it is going to run like a busted, not unlike how this team is going right now.

He has to select a team and stick with them. Sure, Humble hasn't been the best half but he hasn't been the worst. Let him go as he has been providing OK service to the backs. The problem is Moltzen and Lote not putting in. I don't see the other teams (BRET and Magpies) play but we must have someone who can fill these position. They only have to be average in ability to improve over those other two.

On the subject of bench rotation, look at the good teams and you won't see their coaches leave players on the bench not being used or just getting 10 minutes per game. This will F@#$ our first choice props come the end of the season, they will have played too many minutes compared to all the other teams....

Also, having just played the last placed teams over the last three weeks I was banking on some really big scores to improve our for and against. Penrith went to plan but the last two weeks showed exactly where our season is...in the shitter!!!!

Is there anyone left who thinks Sheens shouldn't be moved on?

Put it this way - Stuart vs Sheens and it is Sheens all day. Sheens is better than a lot of coaches. His real problem is team selections.

I also think Lawrence at 6 was worth a shot and I think it worked. The problem was Benji played poorly and Farah wasn't perfect. It is a combo though that might click.

ffs, Benji was poor because he wasn't getting good service from a fellow half.

Farah was great, but if there were any issues with his play, it was that he constantly had to fill in at half and at hooker to try and get Benji good ball.

How the f**k is that a sign that Lawrence at 6 worked??????

Lawrence played his normal game, we had 3 f**king centres on the field and one bloke in the halves.

And you f**king think that worked well.

Look at our attack, if Robbie didn't direct it, we wouldn't have scored points.

But no, you just keep blindly banging on about how you reckon Lawrence at 6 worked because it clearly f**king didn't, it clearly never has and it clearly never will.

Open you f**king eyes ffs!!!

Sheens has almost ruined Benji.

He rarely plays to instinct anymore because of all the crap Sheens has him doing.

Even last year I would have had money on him to score under the black dot but instead he gives the ball to BMM in a worse position
