I'm reluctant to change our two wingers who are both going so well for rookies, but if switching Blair solves the Sydney Heads hole in our backline, then so be it.

The problems defesively out wide more than Esi Tonga and Morgan missing tackles.

here's one to think about...Esi Tonga has not been named at any grade and as far as I can see he's not injured either...

You think Kearney is faking them out? Esi will play and Burt out. But not naming Esi so that they don't draw up the really really simple game plan? (eg. Sheens says "run at Esi - that is all")

Personally I wouldn't think there's much subterfuge in naming Burt and playing Esi? Surely it's the same game plan? Run at that side because that's where the tries are!
Swapping a 1/10 defender for a 1/10 defender isn't fooling anyone on that front.

So I must conclude that Esi is being "rested' and Burt (who played his best game in 5 years v Tigers last season) is getting a gig AND Blair is getting the chance to make the center position his own!

Probably better having a hopeless defender on the wing than in the centers anyway!!

Steve Kearney = weak as piss

If he's going to let the fans pick the side he may as well hand in his resignation.
