Saying SL is unwatchable just isn't true.....I watch most games and it s a fantastic league ....to say the whole lot is unwatchable is bollox

There are plenty of NRL games that are not great too so what is his point ?

If he simply wanted to say the NRL is in a better place or is a stronger league then yeah fine....that's true but the hatchet job is just unwarranted....he:ll continue to be booed for a while....

His comments are subjective so it’s hard to argue with. Personally I think the quality of ESL is high compared to historical standards and the product is good to watch on TV. It’s also just a shit thing for him to say in his position and comes off as sour grapes.

It isn't just what he said....it WHY the **** he said it..or felt the need to

Imagine a past it Premier League footballer going to A-league and saying anything like that...

Anyone in his position should understand he had a duty to promote the league he is being paid handsomely to play in.....he is also not worth even a standard contract never mind a marquee one
