Don't get why people are labelling it ridiculous... no worse than a themed 21st birthday party which i've been to plenty of. Not everyone gets involved and dresses up, but for those that do it's just harmless fun.

It was one of the first things I noticed. Last year I remember Hindy in a T shirt and shorts and this year he joined in the craziness with the rest of the boys. Good on him ! As the captain I thought he showed good leadership by participating with everyone else.
I don't think that a team having fun and not giving into self consciousness is ridiculous at all. Not caring less about what certain fans who knock them think will be good practice anyway for some of the crap they will have to put up with at times next year during the season. As long as they have fun and stick by each other then that's all that will matter.
A chance to laugh at themselves, have some team bonding and an opportunity to entertain each other and the fans isn't ridiculous at all in my books.
