LKT is a good change.. but I can't agree Ilias should've been dropped before Kyle. Both of them are terrible. Really bad halves. But with Kyle and LKT, who kicks? Especially who kicks long? There are ways to get around it, such as Cook kicking early from acting half, but I think I remember Cook kicking once this year, and it wasn't very good. If we're going to go in to this game with Kyle as the main kicker, which I suspect is the case, it is going to be ugly. Ilias' kicking game is horrendous, but at least there's some distance in the kicks. Kyle genuinely can't kick longer than 30-35m.

LKT had 8 kicks for 130m last week and the week before didn't kick once all game. Our kicking game this weekend will be very interesting..

Forwards better make big metres so we only have to utilise a short kicking game. If Tigers dominate field position like Roosters last week, we are cactus.

I back Flanno dropping Lachy instead of Kyle for King-Togia. While Kyle and Lachy haven't been great. I think Kyle has been better than Lachy in attack, getting lots more try contributions while Lachy has kicked better even though his kicking hasn't been good. Our long kicking game so far has been bad and it won't improve much until we get a proper 7 with a good kicking game. Atkinson next year will have to help with long kicking

Manly didn't seem to have any trouble picking up a top notch halfback for next season with Cherry Evans going...why can't it be that easy for us??

It's a moot point because the present is the present but it wasn't that many years ago that a player like Guler, Lawrie or an old version of Klemmer would feel extremely fortunate to sneak onto the bench for the Dragons. Now they get to be first picked. The fact that we as fans accept it is the best proof on how far our standards have fallen.

No it is not panic stations in a long season, but at the same time, we are still very much on that never ending road to nowhere by picking the same team.

Suli should be in the firing line.
Leilua should be in the firing line.
The coach's son should be too.
Lawrie should finish his career on 150 games.

If only we were serious...

Surely Flanno is having an absolute laugh at the expense of us fans. Kyle stays at 6 while LKT who has a worse long game then Illias and Flanno is at 7? Is he off his head? Nepotism is one thing but taking all the pressure off his baby boy and putting it all on someone else who is an out and out 6.. Insanity he has lost the plot

I thought Lawrie only foward besides Sua last week to have decent carries tbh

Allan is a great back up centre don’t think he has enough pace for wing and to drop finau after one game is wrong imo

god help our kicking game maybe we can get Val to kick on 5th and try something different
