I highly suggest the Eels fans all pitch in their support mail for the management as they surely deserve it

Eels management have accomplished alot over the past couple of months or so heres the deal:

Talented players you re-signed

Nathan Hindmarsh
Nathan Cayless
Jack Afamasaga
Eric Grothe
Wade McKinnon
Feleti Mateo
Luke O'Dwyer
Dean Widders
Luke Burt
Ashley Graham

Then theres the likes of which you've attracted to the club:

Marcus Perenara
Henry Perenara
PJ Marsh
Ian Henderson
Mark Riddell
Glenn Morrison
Timana Tahu
Paul Stringer
Chad Robinson
Kurt Sorensen jr
Josh Davis

Any management team that can achieve that in one season must be congratulated

im highly looking forward for the warriors-eels clash would be a good one

Burt isn't a hooker don't know where you got that from.

But I wanna keep JImmy all we need are the Roosters accountants.

Good year by Fitzy & Smith but really after the last couple of years they needed something special this time round.

This is definalty looking good. Dont tell me that this time last year you felt totally confident. We signed shit and got shit. Iam totally confident that if our players can stay uninjured we can make the top 4.

now youve all said your bit, go to the warriors site and suggest getting webster ;-) it'll keep one of your parra boys involved in NRL plus ill be able to see one of my favourite non-warrior players become a warrior

I'm not sure about that

He could go well behind the big pwerful pack that the warriors will have next year

He'll get plenty of protection from those guys

He has a pretty big heart Ginger

Agreed

He could go well behind the big pwerful pack that the warriors will have next year

Agreed again

He'll get plenty of protection from those guys

Triple times agree

Webster is gun but his size would be suited better to ESL.

Yes, but i believe can also play halves right, so he could fit in 5/8 or hooker (other for whichever Nathan Fein plays at) and would be an awesome replacement say if Stacey Jones got injured.

Come on Parra mob, help me out here!!

P.S im not jokin, i love the guys footy

He has been tried at half a bit acgtually. With mixed results. Cant really remember so it wasnt that flash. Better suited to the hooker role off the bench.

Yes, and if he were to sign for the warriors, i could see him hooker or from the bench, but i would believe he would be a regular 1st grader. Alot of supporters are saying Fein will play 5/8 which would be best as it would take pressure of Stace. Leaving the hooking role open to L Anderson, Latu or Webster (assuming i get your dudes to support me and get through to the warriors management). Latu would be in batercard. L Anderson would come off the bench as he is utility (centres, second row, lock) so Webster would most likely be a regular starter.

PLEASE i BEG you parra fans, show your appreciation of him and PLEASE help me out to get him a contract with the warriors!!

Shaun, there is absolutely nothing wrong with either Tevita Latu or Louis Anderson or Nathan Fein for that matter. Herewini Rangi will also keep developing. At a pinch Brent Webb would also be damn effective there, to accomodate that they have Atkins coming through as well as Ropo also a fullback prospect. We need outside backs, not bench hookers.

Back to the original topic, Parramatta have finally managed things nicely. I'm sure they'll admit, its a few years coming. Some of the talent they've let go over the years has been mind boggling and is starting to be rivalled only by our own Warriors.

Marsh will go great guns, and Marcus Perenara is a gun. Good luck Eels.

Iafeta, why do you have to always pop peoples bubbles?

I was thinking of Latu being injury prone or a batercard player, Louis Anderson as a utility bench player who can cover second row, centres or hooker. Fein to start at 5/8 and webster at hooker. Ropati to come in for anyone off-form or injured.

Fact is we've lost Marsh and Perenara for one 5/8 / hooker so that covers PJ. Webster would be a cheap good pickup and an experienced player , thats what the younger blokes are lacking.

The club do deserve credit for re-signing those players, something forgetten when they get bagged for letting a player go. Hope the on field performances can match though.

Just to put that in perspective they deserved bagging over the last 3 years, let too many good players go and recruited with quantity over quality. That has all turned around this year and for that they deserve credit and credit has been given. No one is bagging them this year!

I'm not going to disagree with that. But there are some who are still saying every week that Smith and Fitzgerald must go, yet not commending them when they make the right decision.
