The $2.65 is massive overs for the GF

If I was the compulsive gambling type, I'd put my savings on that. Hmmm...:sarcasm:

ur right there definetly not the prettiest, or the most flashiest side and dont have the razzle dazzle like the eels, sharks, warriors etc but they are tough and stick to there game plan.

they wont leak many points and as long as ur doing that there in with a great shot

how have sharks got razzle dazzle you biased sh*tbag? they were good defensivly and shocking at attacking manly have tons more razzle dazzle than your crap sharks, as evidecned by the more tries scored this year perhaps? or possibly in that manly made the finals, made the grand final, and the sharks couldnt even make the finals with their APPARENTLY flashy, pretty razzle dazzel football...get over the shakrs they are attrocious focus on manly and melbourne, or the eels and cowboys as beaten prelim finalists not all the other losers from the year

Manly are so over rated...

Just ask the other 15 teams.

Manly lost to us and we got the spoon. I don't find Manly all that scary considering that fact.

Look at Melbourne's defensive record lately

Points Conceded
Round 22: 6 v Broncos
Round 23: 10 v Eels
Round 24: 6 v Bulldogs
Round 25: 6 v Titans
QF: 0 v Broncos
PF: 10 v Eels

Only 38 points conceded in the last 6 games. I don't see how Manly are going to outscore them even though Manly's defence is one of the best as well.

Apart from the Eels, the rest of those times were pretty much useless at that stage of th yr.
Broncos had nothing in attack. Their backline was worse than the Bears Premier league.
Dogs are slower than Amanda Vanstone doing the 100m
Titans season was over and they were thinking about Bali or wherever.

Losing to the spoon team means jack.
Look at the Broncos last yr. They lost to Souths.

The fact Manly is one game from a premiership. That is a lot more than most of this BB predicted. First we would miss the 8. Then we would miss the top 4. Then you came up with Straight Sets theory. Finally it came to the Cowboys will demolish us. Win or lose we are certainly have over performed even though we are OVER RATED.

Well according to 1 so many commentators on the weekend on the radio and TV, I mean the 2 Melbourne v Parra game was fit and worthy of a Grand Final according to them and Melbourne has it in the bag next Sunday night  I guess we (Manly) should just hand over the trophy now and be done with it according to the experts  yes we are hated, yes we 3 may not have been as impressive as all 15 other sides in the comp this year:lol: our forward pack isn't big enough, we have a coach who as a player was 4 fitness mad but had no creativity and that's what he's brought to Manly as a coach, oh and yes we bought an absolute dud in Jamie Lyon this season and our home field Brookvale stinks....................did I 5 forget to mention we did finish 2nd but of course we fluke that in the hardest rugby league comp in the world !
Stuff the press, stuff you all :p I hope we go out there and smash the mexicans, then of course turn around next season in 2008 as the certainties for the wooden spoon yet again!

1. Who ?
2. I heard no-one even say anything remotely close to that.
3. You finished in 2nd place by a fair distance.
4. Did you ever watch Dessie play ?
5. Who said you were lucky to finish 2nd, all I have heard is that Storm & Manly were the two best sides by a long way all year.

In short you are a massive knobhead with a huge chip on your shoulder.

I have tipped a GP victory to manly 18-16

Valid points but It was worth illustrating. For those who think Manly will 'smash' the Storm, how exactly would they tear that defence apart?

If anyone wins by a big margin, it will be Melbourne. Manly can only win in a close one the way I see it.

99 was a great year I achieved much. How pathetic can someone be, using a cliched dig by a club who you are happy to jump on the bandwagon of. You are a joke. Enjoy the spoon knobwad.

Oh no you called me pathetic and a bandwagoner. How will I ever live that down?

Melbourne has always been a team I like because I was born in Melbourne and have family in Melbourne. When Melbourne came into the comp, I considered just for a second would I support them? but of course I remained loyal to Penrith.

So its not like I just jumped on a bandwagon. I waved a Storm flag at the '99 GF, with my Storm supporting mate
