What an anticlimax after the great sharkies game, the Dragons hardly turned up. After that performance, I like our chances against Manly too - very beatable when we meet them in the prelim final (provided results go to script). And Beau Scott in the front row

Is it me, or do the officials have absolutely NO clue these days. Based on that 1st Dragons dissallowed try, the decoy runner is dead. That play was the textbook definition of a decoy - the defense made a bad read - Fullstop. Thoughts?

BTW, anyone know what the crowd was for the sharks game, it looked packed on TV.

My opinion,

I believe that the Hartleys of Brookvale are ripe for the picking. They played like sh!t against the Pennies, and the Stains handed that game to them last night.

The Stains were atrocious. But if they dropped Soward for Ben Rogers then they deserved it.

Just a feeling - I don't think the weeks spell is going to do the Hartleys of Brookvale a favour.

Hope I am right.

Pssts yes it is fun over there in the Stains forum at the moment. It's a love-a-thon.

Cheers

How is it that, when the Sharks win 34-10 against an injury riddled Raiders side, you declare it "a GREAT game"........Yet, when the Sea Eagles beat a near full strength Dragons team 38-6, you dismiss it because in your opinion the Dragons "hardly turned up"?

I suggest you turn your back and let the rest of those chickens toddle off into the distance. You seem to have counted your fair share for the time being!

Greg Hartley was at work in spirit last night at fotress Brookvale...Cause some of the decision were attrocious starting with the dissallowed try, and that pathetic penalty to whatknow tackled without the ball...the try given to whatknow when he stole the ball from Stuart in an offside position.

Quite easily mate: Sharks v Raiders was a good game against 2 teams giving it a red hot go and playing some good footy. The Dragons looked like a Premier League side at times, no direction, going side to side. If Manly played to their potential, they could have put 50-60 on them. It was never really a contest IMO, boring as bats**t.

Boy Brownie must feel embarrassed today, listened to his centres to put Rogers in over Soward, that sure worked well.

34-6. That was an anti-climatic one-sided game too - thanks for backing up my point. Try again mate
