Read in the tele that Manly have scored like 80% of their tries in the 1st half and Parra have scored 80% of theirs in the 2nd half

looks like one end will be getting all the action tonight

Let's hope Manly will score 0% tries in the first half if that's the case.

Disagree completely, Manly 54-4.

Honestly I don't think teams like playing us this year, they looked shellshocked after we've hammered them for twenty minutes. We look very physical and I'm not worried at all about inexperience in the halves with the platform they are getting.

We were very very ordinary... Hopefully it was just the fatigue carrying over from the previous week. Bailey at 5/8th didn't help!

Bailey didnt have a great game at 5/8, also the lads at the back letting the ball bounce wasnt great either. Mind you how big does Hayne's kick??

Hopefully with the return of Rose and Foran and the bye giving everyone a week off will refresh the team.

Parra won that game by attacking Trex's side...two tries were from him unfortunately being out of position and coming in too early...still not a bad performance from manly , but please .....Chris Bailey should not be re-signed...the guy does nothing no matter where you play him.

I think based on Form, Rodney has been outstanding and has taken his position, when big George returns the bench may be

Rose
Kite
Galuvao
Cross

It is too forward heavy as a bench, i kind of like it

I didn't watch the game because i was at work. But I don't think you guys should be too unhappy. It was wet and cold (notoriously difficult conditions for physical teams) and the stats at the end of the night were very even. In fact, I believe we missed more tackles and made more errors. We definitely made less metres.

All said, you probably missed Foran (what a gun player the kid is) but I think you can be reasonably happy. It wasn't a thrashing.

See you in the Finals (I hope lol)!

We're always going to be disappointed after a loss....

The fact is, The Eels were just that bit better on the night. Without Foran, they couldn't threaten the line enough in attack and the Eels defended well anyway.

The frustrating aspect for us is, several of our stars (Watmough mainly) clearly had their minds on other things.

Of course that didn't seem to bother Hayne who had a great game.

HAHA. Guess youre feelin a bit silly right now hey?

Go Parra!

Yeah fair enough but I didn't realise that

a. Foran was out.
b. Bailey would have such a diabolical game as his replacement.

Good luck to you guys, I thought you guys played ok and deserved the win. But I doubt you guys really rated Parra before the game either.
