This is likely to sound very defeatist, but it is my honest belief.

I truely think we will probably get bounced in straight sets this year, but it won't bother if we can chalk it up to experience and back it up next year.

The experience should help to deal with the stagefright - see the 2001/2002/2003 Warriors.

Don't disagree with you there, although in finals footy anything can happen and if the Warriors hit one of their 'click' moments and throw on a few tries in several minutes that'll help the cause.
Still- After the horrors of the mid year slump, although I never gave up on them I did not expect them to get fourth. So no matter what happens from here I'm quite pleased with the year. I would be a bit disappointed if we can't take a playoff scalp at least though. From there anything week by week is a bonus:crazy:

no mate, dont agree.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going.

They dont know what a level playing field is, they wont perform unless they are up against it.

I agree Mr B.

The more the odds are stacked against them the better they will perform.

How many times have we seen them lift when a player is binned or sent off and they know they are one down. It seems part of our kiwi/polynesian/maori culture to appear not to treat the game seriously. It takes something bad against them to motivate them all to pull together.

They have to lift now and show a bit of mongrel! A bit of Kia Kaha!

If they go out and give it all they have got then there can be no regrets.
They are capable of winning this, they just have to prove it on the field.

yes bad luck for Manu. Be hard for him sitting on the sideline Friday night.

Nathan Hindmarsh talking on the radio this morning showing what intelligence he has.
Shut down Price, and we shut down the Warriors. Gee he learnt a lot at school!

Here's hoping they do cos while they're busy giving Pricey the attention, look out behind..

Speaking of Price. Up for captain of the year, and forward of the year tonight at the Dally M's. Good luck Pricey!

Anyone else get the feeling the Eels may have played their finals footy on Sunday against the Broncos? Awesome game by Parra but with such a quick turnaround, will it take its toll?

Wouldn't suprise me considering on the cover of last weeks RLW it said 'ROY RAGE-WORLDS BEST PROP PRIMED FOR BUNNIES TITLE SHOT"

What are you on about? They were up against it playing Melbourne at Mt Smart and lost without scoring a try. Had Mannering sent for ten against the Roosters and blew a winning lead. Sorry man but I think your glasses are a little too rosy lensed.
Also I think most people know they are capable of winning the game - otherwise they wouldn't find themselves placed inside the final four at the end of the season. Stop the sporting cliches please!

And the penalty count against them in the second half of Roosters game? That had nothing to do with blowing the lead when they were already a man down?
Are you suggesting that because they qualified in the top four they will win automatically?

Where are all these cliche's?
Over many years I have seen teams lift under adversity - this is what characterises good teams. Nothing wrong with my glasses, these are my opinions and I'm sticking with them till I see something that changes my mind!

I will be seriously pissed if Clearly brings back Martin for this game, he is so weak on defence and a liability.

Also, wonder how many penalties Louie will give away this week, everytime he makes a tackle he looks likely.
