With Hiroti injured and Talakai the obvious choice to replace him, does Fitzy go back to Atkinson on the bench or go the 4 forward bench with Burns or Puru. The 4 forward bench definitely fills me with a bit more confidence.

rudolf I thought went alright. Offers more than Uele.
Burns reminds me a lot of early Matt Prior.
If given the chance in the middle of the bench he could possibly be a better option than a few others

Don't mind that comparison actually.

I didn't realise the Spaceman was an Oz Schoolie player in 2016.

I fecking love these mate. Kind of have The Drones feel.
Of The Drones, they moved to Sydney from Perth, there were two song writers at the time, Gareth Liddiard and James McCann. They had a falling out and Gareth moved to Melbourne and kept the band going. James stayed in Sydney and formed The Lowdorados, some songs crossed paths.
They remained friends, so much so that The Drones covered The Lowdorados with the song "This Time".
How do I know this?
I played in The Lowdorados and recorded the song before The Drones took it to another space.

Original version:

Thanks mate. Yeah mad, The Drones are great, and that’s a cool connection. There use to be a video of it on YouTube but can’t seem to find it anymore of the Drones playing the final song at the old Tote which was a cover of My Pal by GOD with Joel from the band. Great video if you can find it

Well there ya go hey! My Pal is one of the greatest songs to come out of this country, and to come up with it before they were old enough to go to the pub… legendary stuff.

I did a cover of it a few years ago but in a very different style. No distortion or drums, more ambient and dreamy, and as with all my stuff, no vocals.

When we signed Burns, he had a low ceiling, we should have remembered he game from the dragons, who could make a champion player look like s**t, before that was at Panthers and looked ok.
A couple have mentioned similar to Prior, could be the case I think he has that ability at prop an offload a step that could really benefit is.
He is off contract end of year, here is an example of the club they should be trying to move OK on to keep Burns

Bathurst, Lithgow, in between and for about 50 kilometers around would be like living in a freezer and turning on the air conditioner.

When I used to do the dog show circuit used to go there for the Ag shows and fair near nearly broke my poor frozen will off with every morning piss.

And RCB, you can have Canberra weather all on your own too matey.
Funny story - I used to work at the MDF factory at Oberon (near Bathurst).
I worked on my own at a weighbridge testing wood chips, as they came into the factory from the forests (from 2 am onwards).
I only had a Portaloo, as the factory was a good 500 metres up the hill.
Unfortunately the Portaloo would not flush until about 10 am once it defrosted.
You can work out the rest.

You just gotta appreciate this cesspool of lurve that is our very own forum. Take for example this current match day thread. I bet no other group would have any idea about their fellow contributors , their lifestyles and their passing of motions during working hours.

It is such a beautiful habitat. I / We are so lucky to have these informative opportunities.
