I was shitting myself big time during the last 10 minutes. We made that a lot harder than it needed to be. The first 60 minutes was very good but the last 20 was diabolical.

Very important win though and was pleasing to see Pearce and Ponga playing good football again. Was great to have Barnett and Watson back aswell.

I watched the AOB press conference last night and he said that some guys came back to the dressing room heads down feeling disappointed in themselves and others were happy to get the win. He also stated the importance of celebrating the win because it was tough and the importance of it can’t be understated. Glad that some of the guys were disappointed in the way the last 20 unfolded but it’s good to get one over on a team that traditionally has had the wood on us over the last decade.

How good was it to win against Bennett as well. Left our club in shambles and it feels like we're finally fixed up Bennett and Tinkler's mess.

Also, do we need Lee? Seems to miss many games and Tuala looks better in just two games.

Teams won't derp it up the way south's did for the 1st 60 minutes also there are many things that aren't isolated to last night's game but are repeat issues
We play the Bulldogs next week. They are the definition of derp.

But also, we will be better for this weeks game. We will improve. Cheer up champ - we are actually good for the first time in nearly two decades. Try enjoying it a little.

I think AOB would’ve been happy those players were disappointed. It means they’re buying in and that they realise their performance wasn’t good enough. They can also realise there is a lot of improvement in this team but we’re not going to reach our best standard overnight, it’s going to be a continual work in progress. It will take time.

If you can get your attitude right, the rest will eventually follow.

It was interesting to hear AOB mention the impact of having to travel for 3 hours most weeks since the comp restarted.

Well we have a bunch of home games coming up so that should help the team out a fair bit. Just wish we could have a packed house which is what the team deserves.

Not a huge Lee fan.

I like big athletic wingers built more solidly than Lee. Some of these acrobatic put downs lately I could never imagine Lee being able to do.

Doesnt particularly bend the line getting out of our own end or a very good kick returner......his money would be better spent elsewhere. Think he's contracted until end of 2021.

Have Parra left Sydney yet? They seem to have had a dream draw.

The thing about this game is that the last 20 minutes almost makes you forget about the first 60. Our approach was wrong in the last 20 plus they played damned good.
Any player on the fringe who learns to kick at a first class level needs to be picked.
The Dogs won't be a walkover. They played quite well. No complacency from us please.

now that's what ya call a massive leg up............... of Bronco 7 day turn around proportions. No wonder theyre leading the comp
Just checked the draw, the only time they leave Sydney for the rest of the regular season is round 17 when they play away to the Warriors lol they still have 5 home games remaining too

I empathise but might I point out that it is not as big an issue when you are rolling sides by 48-0;)
:D that almost made up for the losses this year. [Is there anything more satisfying than smashing the Donkeys? Keeping them scoreless was the cherry on top]
A few that we would have won if we had a decent goal kicker.

It's a more serious issue for the Knights since you guys are a genuine top 4 contender compared to the West Tigers. [Though that last 10 minutes against Souths would be real cause for concern]
