Well I guess Ross will be getting an early release and leaving the club now, great way to push a player out. Poor handling by all involved here.

No way Ross should be dropped. This has me totally scratching my f**king head.

What are you talking about? This is fine. Everything is fine. All a part of the negotiating process. In fact, they're doing a stellar job.

Brown has got more balls then any leader we've had at the club for quite some time. He's not going to let player managers get away with the same shit that has been destroying other clubs eg Tigers. He's in charge.

Can't believe people are defending Ross in this situation. Asking for more money when you only just signed a contract isn't great in the first place but it's not so bad if it's done behind closed doors. Going straight to the media to whinge about it is unprofessional and should be punished. Plain and simple.

I've been told Brown said it at today's media session, haven't heard it myself though. Can't imagine he'd be getting punished like this if it weren't true though.

Ross should be filthy with his manager he was playing great football last year too and his manager was the one who failed to get him a deal that reflected his performances, of course the Knights signed him for the smallest possible amount that's what we have to do with our lack of third parties. He extended last august so it's not like his form has changed drastically since then.

Tough on Ross with Origin around the corner but something had to be done to deter others from pulling the same.

I think ross should give his manager the flick,i totally think he should be on alot more money than he is on at the moment. But he was advise badly by his manager and has gone the wrong way about it. Glendale is right that brown is showing some balls that he wont be pushed around and influence by anybody even if he is a fan favourite .brown teach him a lesson by dropping him this week and im sure it will be water under the bridge and he will prop up his pay in his next contract.

100%. The alternative is to do what the Tigers did and cave in.
