Beautiful stuff Pearce. Another lovely kick option and a 60m advantage to Storm. All momentum and field position lost. Seriously, just stop kicking at this point. Don't even bother.
He was trying to kick for a player that was impeded. Commentary was saying he should have playing for a repeat set, but sure - points aren’t that important.

The guy can’t win...

What's everyones thoughts on Pasami?

I know it's early days with him but I don't think he offers much - he may with more size and muscle in the future.

A repeat set would be HUGE for us in this game. We're not maintaining any pressure whatsoever. It's not all about miracle plays to score. We need to go for the obvious play sometimes, get into a decent position for a little grubber into the in-goal and start again.

It looks like another game whereby we've beaten ourselves. Melbourne are there to be beaten but we are too incompetent, especially on play 5. Pearce has single handedly cruelled our season. It's not too late to save it but the big calls need to be made. Pearce must go. Klemmer or Barnett would offer more on play 5. There is no spine player more devoid of vision and ideas right now.

Mann is in form, Crosslands looks a livewire and we know Hoy can play so it's not like we don't have options. It's all on Pearce. Unfortunately he's not up to it.
