How does a nothing shoulder charge or punch get auto 2 weeks but knocking a bloke out with a high tackle get basically nothing.

If all 3 decide not to play then they have to bring someone from outside the 19 man cut. There are 17 players in a team in case you weren't sure. And last minute is just before kick off m7.

Obviously at least 1 of them will play.

And the last minute is the last minute they're allowed unless you're being deliberately obtuse and inventing conspiracies against your team.

They actually have him a one match ban but somehow the Storm managed to find a loophole and get him just a fine instead.

Even 1 match is a joke.. the judiciary system follows no logical consistency. It's built to prevent dangerous play but a dangerous play knocking a bloke out is low grade.
While shoulder charges and punches are graded higher, regardless of injury, because of an arbitrary crackdown/bad publicity.
And then If Pearce had a broken jaw to go with his concussion Chambers would have a nice 6 weeks off.

Also - If games were refereed properly he'd have been sent off.
Dangerous play resulting in an injury should be an instant send off, accidental or not.

You'd think for a shoulder charge to only be a grade 1 that the defender would have made contact with the attacker's body and not the head. The second the shoulder contacts the head it should automatically attract a grade 2 or higher charge.

It's a bit ordinary that the storm can lose the best hooker in the history of the game, then just replace him with a shit hot kid they stole from the cowboys.

Over the years I've desperately wanted to see some of our players in the storm system to see just how good they are.
