Awaiting Brown earning himself a 10k fine in the presser. The touchie was bent over looking right at the ball coming out, if he said no try, and the ref gave it anyway!

Take the fine Brown.

Watch it "even out" in another game where we're getting flogged and get a good call for us.

It will be incredibly disappointing if he doesn't.

Take a stand for your players.

f**kin filthy.

Can't wait for a meager few comments and a short apology from Archer. Shame we're not a club that actually matters in this game; a precious few would create a media storm off the back of tonight's decision.

I'm gutted for the players more than anything else. In a game like that, sure we weren't amazing or dominant but did enough to deserve the win. No f**king wonder their heads go down so easily; moral at the club must be incredible hard to obtain and maintain.

Absolutely heartbreaking.

I thought the worse call was for that penalty for Taupau in the play the ball where he didn't even try to get to his feet before playing it. Those sort of tactics is what they need to stamp out of the game. You've gotta get to your f***ijf feet to play the ball, you can't play it from the ground in order to a get a quick play the ball or win a penalty. What a joke.

Then the next set they award a 'forward pass' against Knights off the scrum. Then the Uate farce.

F*** rugby league.

There was always going to be an adjustment in the second half after we jumped out to a 6-2 penatly count at half time.

So they look for any little indiscretion they can penalise to even up the count.,

Can anybody give me the gist of the presser? I'm in Fiji at the moment, NRL app won't show video over here...

Brownie was actually pretty fair.

He said something to the effect of we're at the bottom of the table for lots of reasons. Bad calls, our own doing, and not responding well.

Reffing is a tough gig, and he's more concerned about getting players not to make errors that put the team under pressure. Focusing on things the team can control, and they when they start winning the 50/50s will start going their way.

Listen to Barrett's presser. He thought the no try for Uate was a fair try so it all balanced out and was fair.

Hey Barrett you knob, number one he made no effort to catch the ball, he only had eyes for the man so a penalty was the right call. Then number two even if they do not give the penalty Uate put both feet over the sideline before he put the ball down.

Just begs the question given that the try had two faults in it WHY did Klein send it upstairs as a try?

I also reckon if Levi's barge over in the first half was sent up as a try it would have stayed a try. There was no real double movement in it, he just slid to the line.

I completely agree with this and the inconsistencies with the reffing on it. Whenever there is a penalty blown after this type of play I have to look for the ref to see which way it's going.

The CH.9 commentary team for the Bunnies/Broncs game looked at that Uate try and stuck it to the ref pretty solidly.

Showed a front on replay of the liney pointing to the sky and saying check the grounding. The ref ignored him and awarded it anyway. Robbed us with that call.

I can cop the 50/50 calls, but when there is a system in place, and the ref ignores it to make his own call. He should be hung out to dry and dropped. But none of that gives us the two points.

Filthy.
