In all fairness when we lost our #1 and #9 it wasn’t a gimme game any longer. As shit as the Dogs are we were always gonna struggle...our squad isn’t really any better at full strength and we’re well below it.

The loss of them sucks but we were never making the finals the moment Pearce went down. In fact the moment he went down I thought we’d be closer to winning the spoon again than playing finals but I got called not a real supporter just don’t have enough quality to compensate for a loss like that.

Absolute insipid rubbish tonight. Forwards simply cannot bend a line with exception of Ese Ese … The others lack size and genuine ability. Plodders like King, Buhrer, Barnett and Dennis cannot play at this level. The rest are just simply exhausted from fixing mistakes. Total rubbish against a team that had been terrible all year and weakened which should have been an advantage we simply could not realise. While I'm at it Levi had every chance to prove himself when Griffin went off and chose to pass all night instead of using his pace to split them open. Well down Newcastle successful in nothing other than playing the opposition back into form again , and again and again. Embarrassed again !!!!!!
