Tuala's biggest issue is that he's not a great defender at centre, and not a great kick returner/early metre eater at wing. Everything else he does, including his effort areas, is generally good... but those 2 fatal flaws in each position make it awkward for him to be a first grader.

I like him just because he generally has a crack... but yeah. He lacks fundamentally too much to be a first choice anything.
